RecellUsa distributes Grade A • Only activated. Original parts throughout, battery health measured and recorded against the serial number, and nothing below 80 percent leaving the building.
What we sell
Two grades, honestly described.
- Grade A
Indistinguishable from new at arm's length.
No marks on the display. Any wear on the frame or back is faint enough to need direct light at an angle to find. Original parts throughout, and fully functional across every hardware test in the checklist.
- Only activated
Never used. The warranty clock has simply started.
Unboxed and activated, then never carried. Battery at 100%, complete original packaging, and the same 60-point checklist as everything else. It is a distinct market with distinct pricing, which is why it is named rather than folded into Grade A.
Two grades, and the difference between them is stated rather than implied. Whichever you order, every unit carries original parts, passes the same functional checklist, is traceable by serial, and ships with the same 90-day warranty.
The inspection
Sixty points, per unit.
Every unit goes through a rigorous inspection before it is graded. A trained technician evaluates it against a comprehensive 60-point checklist. Not sampled, and not spot-checked. Every unit.
- Display
Dead pixels, burn-in, touch response across the full surface, True Tone.
- Battery
Health percentage, cycle count, charge and discharge under load.
- Chassis
Frame, glass, buttons, port condition, water-ingress indicators.
- Cameras
Every lens and sensor, front and rear, stills and video, flash.
- Audio
Earpiece, speakers, every microphone, haptics.
- Connectivity
Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and the charge port.
- Biometrics
Face ID or Touch ID enrolment and recognition.
- Provenance
Activation lock cleared, IMEI checked against loss and theft registries.
Battery
Measured, banded, recorded.
Battery health is a specification, not a hope. Every cell is measured and the reading is recorded against that unit’s serial number. Choose a band on the request and every unit in that line ships inside it.
- 90%+
- Highest band. Priced at a premium and the first to run short.
- 85 to 89%
- The volume band. Best balance of cost and remaining life.
- 80 to 84%
- Entry band. Never below 80 percent, which is the floor rather than a target.
Battery bands apply to battery-powered devices. Mains-powered products such as Mac mini have no battery to grade.
What we decline
The grades we do not carry.
- AB (changed parts)
Non-original parts, such as an aftermarket screen or battery. No component from a third-party source has been fitted to any unit in this catalog. Once a part has been replaced the unit is no longer the product the buyer thinks they are getting, so we do not carry it at any price.
- Ungraded and mixed lots
Pallets sold by weight or by rough description, where condition is discovered on arrival. Every unit we ship has been through the checklist individually and is traceable by serial.
If you need either of these, we would rather tell you we are the wrong supplier than send you something that technically matches a purchase order.
