   This site is not a shop

   1.1Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. The catalog describes configurations RecellUsa distributes; availability shown against them is indicative and is confirmed only when we quote.

   1.2Submitting a request for quote places you under no obligation and creates no contract. It is an invitation for us to price the specification you have built.

   1.3A contract of sale comes into existence only when RecellUsa issues a written quotation and you accept it. Those terms of sale sit on the quotation, not on this page.

2. 02

   Trade only

   2.1This site is intended for businesses buying for resale, repair, corporate deployment or a comparable commercial purpose. By using it you confirm you are acting in the course of a trade or profession.

   2.2We may ask for evidence of that, such as a company registration, a tax number or a website, before quoting, and we may decline to quote without giving a reason.

3. 03

   Accuracy of what you tell us

   3.1You are responsible for the accuracy of the company and contact details you submit, and for having authority to submit them on that company's behalf.

   3.2Impersonating another business, or submitting a request in a name you are not entitled to use, is a misuse of this site and we will treat it as one.

4. 04

   Acceptable use

   4.1You agree not to:

   • Submit requests by automated means, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the request form.
   • Scrape, republish or resell the catalog, its specifications or its photography.
   • Attempt to gain access to any part of this site, or any data on it, that is not intended for you.
   • Use this site in any way that breaches applicable export controls or sanctions.

5. 05

   Product information

   5.1Specifications, grade descriptions, quantities and lead times are published in good faith and reviewed regularly, but they describe a range rather than a specific unit until a quotation is issued.

   5.2Photography on this site is illustrative. Some images show hardware outside our current catalog and none of it depicts a specific lot held in stock.

   5.3No price appears anywhere on this site. Trade pricing is quoted per order against live allocation.

   Intellectual property

   6.1The design, copy, code and arrangement of this site belong to RecellUsa. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating a purchase; anything beyond that needs our written permission.

   6.2Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac and MacBook are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. RecellUsa is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Apple Inc., and the use of those names here is nominative, because it identifies the hardware we distribute.

   Availability of the site

   7.1We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, including the catalog itself.

   7.2We are not liable for any loss arising from the site being unavailable, or from information on it being out of date, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

   Governing law

   8.1These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

   8.2Terms of sale, including title, risk, warranty and returns, are governed by the quotation and the accompanying conditions of sale rather than by this page.
