   1.2RecellUsa is an independent wholesale distributor. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or in any way officially connected with Apple Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

   1.3Apple names are used on this site descriptively, to identify the hardware RecellUsa distributes. No claim to those marks is made or implied.

   Company details

   2.1RecellUsa is registered in the United States. Full registration and tax details are provided on quotations and invoices, and are available on request from legal@recellusa.com.

   2.2Correspondence address and registered number are placeholder pending incorporation details being supplied by the client.

3. 03

   Condition and grading claims

   3.1Every unit RecellUsa distributes is described as Grade A • Only activated. Those terms mean what the grading page says they mean, and that page is the definition our quotations refer to.

   3.2Units are used or activated hardware. They are not new, are not sold as new, and are not refurbished. No unit in the catalog has been rebuilt with third-party components.

   3.3Every unit ships with a 90-day warranty from dispatch, on the terms set out in the conditions of sale accompanying the quotation.

4. 04

   Pricing

   4.1No price is published anywhere on this site. Trade pricing is issued by quotation only, per order, against live allocation at the time of quoting.

   4.2Any figure quoted is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is not a standing offer.

5. 05

   Export controls and sanctions

   5.1RecellUsa ships worldwide from the United States and is bound by U.S. export controls and sanctions programs.

   5.2We do not ship to embargoed destinations or to parties on a restricted-party list, and we may decline or cancel an order on those grounds at any point before dispatch.

   5.3Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any license required in the destination country.

6. 06

   Serial traceability and provenance

   6.1Every unit is recorded by serial. Activation lock is cleared and the IMEI is checked against loss and theft registries before a unit is listed.

   6.2A serial manifest is issued per shipment and matched to the units in the carton. If a unit reaches you that does not appear on its manifest, tell us and we will resolve it.

   Photography

   7.1Product photography on this site is illustrative. It depicts the model described and not a specific unit held in stock, and some images show hardware outside the current catalog.

   7.2No image on this site should be read as a representation about the condition of the goods you will receive. The grading page is that representation.

   Reporting a problem

   8.1If anything on this site is inaccurate, misleading or infringes a right you hold, write to legal@recellusa.com with enough detail for us to find it. We will correct or remove anything we cannot stand behind.
